Head of Growth & Marketing

About the role

Ayonaire Academy, a career transition and job placement institution, is hiring a Head of Growth & Marketing for a full-time, 100% remote position. The role turns marketing campaigns into qualified leads, paying students and measurable revenue, covering the whole customer acquisition journey from first ad impression to final payment.

Key responsibilities

• Own student acquisition and enrollment targets, develop customer acquisition strategies for graduates, career switchers and professionals, and optimise campaigns for lead quality, conversion and ROAS
• Write high-converting sales pages and opt-in pages, run A/B tests and work with developers and designers on implementation
• Run Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns, manage budgets, targeting and retargeting, and track cost per lead and cost per acquisition
• Design and optimise sales funnels from awareness to enrollment, map the customer journey and set up lead nurturing and retargeting
• Plan, host and deliver webinars and online sales presentations, and convert attendees into paying students
• Build WhatsApp, email and retargeting campaigns, and work with admissions and sales to improve lead qualification
• Set KPIs, coordinate campaigns with the COO, design and content teams, and report regularly on performance

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing, direct-response advertising and customer acquisition
• Ability to write high-converting sales and opt-in pages and advertising copy
• Experience converting leads into sales and revenue, and hosting webinars or live sales presentations
• Strong understanding of CRO, CAC, ROAS and marketing analytics
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fully remote environment
• An added advantage: previous experience with an EdTech, career transition or online training organisation
