About the role
The Head of Ecommerce will lead the digital sales strategy for a fast‑growing hospitality organization in Abuja, overseeing the hotel’s online presence, booking performance and revenue optimisation across all digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the hotel website and online booking engines.
- Develop and execute e‑commerce and digital sales strategies.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns and online customer acquisition.
- Monitor SEO performance, analytics and conversion rates.
- Maintain relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Analyse digital trends and implement revenue optimisation initiatives.
- Enhance user experience across all digital platforms.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in hospitality digital sales is an advantage.
