Head of Bespoke Processing Operations

About the role

The Head of Bespoke Processing Operations will lead the design, implementation and management of customized transaction processing solutions for high‑value and non‑standard financial transactions. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation while supporting strategic clients and enterprise partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for bespoke processing aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish scalable frameworks for handling customized, high‑touch transactions across multiple payment channels.
• Lead design and implementation of operational models that support new products and enterprise clients.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of bespoke transactions – initiation, validation, authorization, settlement, reconciliation and reporting.
• Manage high‑value corporate payments, bulk processing, escrow arrangements and partner‑specific integrations.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams to deliver API‑driven solutions and process improvements.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processed transactions.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in payment processing or fintech operations.
• Deep understanding of high‑value, non‑standard financial transactions and regulatory requirements.
• Strong track record of designing and scaling customized transaction solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, risk and technology functions.
