Haulage Supervisor – Snacks

About the role

The Haulage Supervisor – Snacks will lead day‑to‑day haulage operations for a fast‑moving consumer goods company. You will ensure efficient, timely and cost‑effective distribution of finished snack products while maintaining high safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all haulage activities, including company‑owned vehicles and third‑party transporters.
• Manage relationships with registered transporters and forklift service providers.
• Monitor fleet availability, schedule deliveries and optimise routes to meet on‑time delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements and service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, delivery documentation and performance reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
• Experience in logistics, transport or haulage supervision.
• Good understanding of safety and regulatory standards in Nigeria.
