Growth Product Manager

About the role

A stealth startup focused on relationship technology has just launched its product and is now focused on reaching the right audience, driving adoption and building sustainable growth. It is looking for a Growth Product Manager who connects product experience with user acquisition, activation, engagement and retention, and treats growth as a product problem as well as a distribution problem. The role is equity-compensated and involves close collaboration with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Define ideal customer profiles, target segments and user personas, and develop a growth strategy aligned with the product vision.
• Identify the best channels, communities and opportunities to reach the target audience and own the growth funnel.
• Run and analyse growth experiments to test assumptions and validate scalable acquisition strategies.
• Work with product, engineering and design to build features that encourage adoption, engagement and retention.
• Develop referral mechanisms, viral loops, onboarding experiences and other product-led growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging and distribution, and establish growth KPIs.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, growth product management or a similar growth-focused role, ideally in an early-stage startup or consumer technology environment.
• Data-driven, able to interpret product metrics and turn insights into growth opportunities.
• Comfortable working with engineering, design and marketing teams, and able to operate in ambiguity.

Required skills

• Understanding of acquisition funnels, activation, conversion, engagement and retention metrics.
• Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation tools and growth frameworks.
