Growth Marketing Manager, SMB

About the role

You will own acquisition and activation for a self‑serve B2B product used by small and mid‑sized businesses across Nigeria and other African markets. Reporting directly to leadership, you will combine digital campaigns with on‑the‑ground outreach to turn hotel managers, logistics operators, car‑rental owners and property managers into active, paying users.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full acquisition funnel – discovery, signup, and first completed workflow – across digital, partnership, community and direct outreach channels.
• Build and run a rigorous experimentation engine for landing pages, signup flows, activation sequences and re‑engagement campaigns.
• Develop vertical‑specific acquisition playbooks and tailor messaging, channels and outreach for each industry.
• Drive organic growth via SEO, content marketing and social media (Instagram, X/Twitter, WhatsApp).
• Identify and activate community and partnership channels such as industry associations, WhatsApp groups and local business networks.
• Partner with product to optimise onboarding, reduce time‑to‑first‑value and implement automated nudges.
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok, including budget forecasting, pacing and spend efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth or acquisition marketing for B2B SaaS products targeting SMBs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to design experiments, measure results and iterate quickly.
• Comfortable working both online and in‑person, including field demos and direct outreach.
• Excellent communication skills to craft compelling messaging for non‑technical business owners.
