Growth Hacker – Hybrid (Abuja)

About the role

The Growth Hacker will join Sylvastar Group’s diverse portfolio of businesses to design and execute data‑driven marketing experiments. Working in a hybrid setting from Abuja, you will focus on accelerating customer acquisition and retention across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse web traffic and campaign performance metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Design, run and scale A/B tests and conversion optimisation experiments across digital funnels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and sales teams to refine growth strategies and align them with business objectives.
• Report actionable insights and experiment results to stakeholders, iterating quickly for measurable impact.
• Monitor and optimise lead generation and revenue outcomes for each business unit.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital or growth‑focused roles, preferably within fast‑growing, multi‑sector organisations.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with a data‑first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex findings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
