Growth Associate

About the role

The Growth Associate will drive outbound prospecting, partnership development, and community engagement for a fast‑growing real‑estate services firm. You will work closely with founders and senior leaders to generate qualified leads, build strategic relationships, and create market‑ready educational events.

Key responsibilities

• Build targeted lead lists of commercial real‑estate brokers and retail consultants using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io and other enrichment tools.
• Own all outbound channels – cold email, LinkedIn messaging, follow‑ups, and demo scheduling – while continuously testing messaging and offers.
• Identify, pitch, and manage partnerships with brokerages and consultants, driving referrals and co‑marketing opportunities.
• Research and coordinate attendance at CRE, PropTech and retail expansion events locally and internationally.
• Run a weekly broker education program, handling topic planning, speaker coordination, registrations and post‑event follow‑up.
• Maintain an authentic presence in Reddit, LinkedIn Groups, CRE Slack communities and local real‑estate associations, answering questions and spotting buying signals.
• Track market intelligence on retailer expansions, franchise growth and new commercial developments, updating an opportunity tracker for timely outreach.
• Own the CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate stages, notes, follow‑ups and attribution.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, partnerships or B2B outbound.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to segment prospects and identify new ICPs.
• Excellent written communication and a proactive, self‑starter attitude.
