Growth Associate

About the role

ChatATP is seeking a Growth Associate to accelerate user and developer adoption of its AI agent platform. This full‑time remote position will work closely with product, engineering and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and execute go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and user research to uncover growth opportunities and refine positioning.
• Assist in planning and executing growth campaigns and performance tracking.
• Support sales and partnership outreach, lead qualification and relationship building.
• Track funnel metrics and report on activation, retention and revenue trends.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects with product and engineering teams.
• Create and optimise marketing assets and content.
• Nurture relationships with users, developers and community members.
• Design and run strategic experiments to improve activation and retention.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong market research and analytical abilities.
• Sales and partnership development experience.
• Marketing campaign support and content collaboration experience.
• Project‑management skills to manage timelines and cross‑team initiatives.
