Growth and Marketing Executive

About the role

Ark Insurance Group is expanding its Business Development Unit and is looking for a commercially minded Growth and Marketing Executive in Lagos, on a full-time hybrid basis. The role supports the growth of a portfolio of insurance, healthcare and TPA solutions through strategic marketing, lead generation, market intelligence and campaign execution, working across several product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads and engage clients.
• Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches and market expansion.
• Manage digital, social media, email and event-based marketing aimed at corporate decision-makers.
• Plan and coordinate corporate events, client engagement activities and awareness campaigns.
• Manage the CRM platform and keep pipeline and performance dashboards accurate.
• Produce market intelligence, competitor analysis and customer insights for business development.
• Create marketing materials, client-facing content, proposals, case studies and thought-leadership resources.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to boost lead generation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management and marketing analytics.
• Strong experience managing campaigns across digital, social, email and event channels.
• Experience in health insurance, HMO, TPA or financial services is an advantage.
