Group Human Resources Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic HR professional to lead and coordinate human resources across our hospitality operations in Abuja. The Group Human Resources Manager will drive people excellence, ensure compliance, and support organisational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the activities of HR Executives across all business units to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and organisational policies.
• Drive learning and development initiatives and support organisational growth.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIPM certification (compulsory).
• 5–10 years proven HR experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR information systems.
