Group Head Operations

About the role

Visioneers is seeking a Group Head of Operations to lead and coordinate its diverse business units across creative, film/media production, hospitality, restaurants, arts and culture. The role reports to Group Leadership and ensures operational continuity and performance across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate General Managers, Business Unit Managers and Heads across the Group.
• Drive regular management meetings, reporting and follow‑up on KPIs, targets and decisions.
• Track deadlines, key deliverables and hold managers accountable for priorities.
• Identify and resolve cross‑business operational issues.
• Provide consolidated operational updates and performance reports to Group Leadership.
• Maintain business continuity when the principal leader is unavailable.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in operations, business management or senior management.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple business units or operating divisions.
• Strong background in KPI management, performance reporting and operational execution.
• Experience working with and coordinating senior managers in a multi‑unit or diversified organisation.
