GRC Solutions Architect

About the role

Resiliv is delivering enterprise‑scale GRC transformation projects using leading platforms such as LogicGate. We are looking for a GRC Solutions Architect to translate business, risk and compliance requirements into scalable, enterprise‑grade GRC solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end GRC solutions on LogicGate or equivalent platforms, defining data models, control frameworks and system architecture.
• Map regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.) into system designs and work with consultants to capture client requirements.
• Guide implementation teams on workflow configuration, validate designs during build and testing, and support UAT and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and technical teams, providing solution walkthroughs and design documentation.
• Ensure best‑practice adherence, maintain architecture documentation and contribute to reusable solution templates.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in GRC, risk, compliance or enterprise systems.
• Proven experience with GRC platforms such as LogicGate, ServiceNow GRC or MetricStream.
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR).
• Background in solution architecture or systems design roles.
• Excellent analytical and systems‑thinking capabilities.
