Graphics Designer – Sustainable Packaging

About the role

The Paper Packaging Company (TPPC) is seeking a creative Graphics Designer to join its Lagos team. You will shape visual concepts for eco‑friendly packaging, branding, marketing collateral and digital assets that reinforce TPPC’s sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop print‑ready designs, logos, icons and typography for packaging and marketing materials.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and production teams to translate briefs into compelling graphics.
• Prepare files for print, coordinate with vendors and ensure technical specifications are met.
• Contribute creative ideas for new product launches and campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design background with a portfolio that includes packaging or sustainable product design.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work on‑site in Lagos.
• Interest in sustainability and environmentally responsible design is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
