Graphic Designer – Performance & Email Creative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to own static ad creative and email design for a fast‑growing DTC skincare brand. Working alongside an in-house senior designer, you will focus on performance‑driven assets for Meta ads and email marketing, delivering high‑impact visuals that drive conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting static ad creatives for Meta (Instagram & Facebook) campaigns, applying direct‑response principles.
• Create and adapt multiple creative variations and sizes for testing across placements.
• Develop email marketing templates and campaign layouts in collaboration with copywriters, ensuring readability and click‑through performance.
• Support broader brand design needs such as landing‑page assets, promotional graphics, and campaign collateral.
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines and coordinate with the senior designer on cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing static ad creatives for Meta campaigns with a direct‑response mindset.
• Strong understanding of ad hierarchy, visual flow, and CTA placement for performance.
• Hands‑on experience creating email marketing designs, including templates and promotional sends.
• Ability to produce high‑volume creative output while maintaining quality.
