Graphic Designer

About the role

Cavista Technologies, a technology partner delivering custom software solutions worldwide, is looking for a Graphic Designer to create, refine and manage visual assets across digital, print and brand channels. The designer develops concepts and sets timelines for the design, review and delivery of all creative marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, moving smoothly between projects
• Create and update internal and external communication materials
• Illustrate concepts with rough layouts of art and copy for review and approval
• Maintain electronic files and archives of design work, photos and images
• Work with written copy to create infographics, collages, GIFs and graphics
• Assist with ongoing talent brand and employer brand marketing projects
• Collaborate with the Talent Brand Marketing Manager on personal and professional growth
• Manage designs on social media platforms for consistent output
• Manage vendor relationships, prepare specifications and obtain estimates
• Ensure compliance with design standards and oversee print production delivery

Required profile

• Digital portfolio showing a wide range of styles
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience
• High degree of self-motivation and discipline, deadline-driven and able to work without supervision
• Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members
• Result-oriented, interested in client engagement, retention and brand management
• Willingness to stay innovative and keep learning

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• UX/UI design experience is a plus
