The Nestlé Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme 2025 is designed for recent graduates to start their careers with the world’s leading food company. The programme offers hands‑on experience, comprehensive training and mentorship across various business functions.

Required profile

First degree with at least Second Class Upper Division/Upper Credit.
Less than 2 years of work experience.
Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
Nigerian nationality.
