Graduate Trainee – Business Operations (Full‑Time)

About the role

Ruhe Global Resources is seeking ambitious recent graduates or NYSC Corps members to join its Graduate Trainee Programme in Abuja. The role offers a full‑time, 12‑month rotational experience across business operations, administration, student recruitment, customer service, marketing, finance, HR and project management, providing a solid foundation for a long‑term career within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured graduate development programme with rotations across multiple functions.
• Assist in improving operational processes, workflow and service delivery.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities, including documentation and record‑keeping.
• Collect, analyse and report operational and performance data.
• Collaborate with managers on planning, coordination and project implementation.
• Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation as required.
• Engage in professional development workshops, seminars and training sessions.
• Contribute ideas in meetings to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate (any discipline) or NYSC Corps member (serving or recently completed).
• Strong motivation to develop business, operational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional attitude, accountability and willingness to learn.
