About the role
Ericsson Nigeria invites ambitious young Nigerians to join its 2023 Graduate Programme. Over a 12‑month period, participants receive intensive training and mentorship before transitioning into a full‑time position within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in structured training on Ericsson’s product portfolio and telecommunications technologies.
- Collaborate on projects that solve complex customer problems and create value.
- Gather and analyse market and customer insights to support business decisions.
- Participate in on‑the‑job learning, classroom sessions and e‑learning modules.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance or economics.
- Maximum of one year of prior work experience.
- Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Nigerian nationality.
- Strong mindset to learn, grow and challenge the status‑quo.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
