Graduate Personal Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Graduate Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in a fast‑moving environment in Ikoyi, Lagos. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to develop executive support skills while working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the MD’s calendar, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Serve as liaison between the MD and internal teams, partners and stakeholders.
• Track key deliverables across departments and ensure timely execution.
• Draft, edit and manage official correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Prepare briefing materials, agendas and notes for meetings.
• Coordinate follow‑up on decisions from leadership and strategy meetings.
• Assist in planning and executing internal events, board meetings and strategy sessions.
• Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Maintain a system for tracking deadlines, goals and follow‑through tasks.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a personal assistant or executive support role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
