About the role
The Graduate Engineer Trainee program at African Fertilizer and Chemicals Nigeria Limited offers recent Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduates a hands‑on introduction to plant operations in Agbara, Ogun State. The 12‑month programme combines practical work with structured training to develop future engineering talent.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the Graduate Engineer Trainee program and attend scheduled training sessions.
- Assist the engineering team with day‑to‑day plant activities and support ongoing projects.
Required profile
- BSc/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Completed NYSC.
- 0‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Reside in Agbara or be willing to relocate.
