About the role
We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graduate Architect to join our Lagos office. The role will involve both architectural and interior design work on residential and commercial projects, guiding concepts from initial sketches through to execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and construction drawings for residential and commercial assignments.
- Create functional and aesthetically appealing interior design concepts.
- Participate in project planning, coordination and development activities.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building regulations and standards.
Required profile
- B.Sc. in Architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
- Strong creativity, technical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in architectural design software.
What we offer
- Competitive net pay of 150,000 (currency as per local standards).
