Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Instructor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Instructor to deliver advanced virtual cybersecurity training. The role focuses on teaching both technical and non‑technical learners how to design, implement, and manage security regulatory frameworks in real‑world environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live virtual GRC training sessions to students and professionals.
• Teach planning, management, and implementation of security regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Develop and continuously update training materials, presentations, labs, and case studies.
• Cover core GRC concepts such as governance frameworks, risk management, compliance management, audit readiness, and security controls.
• Provide practical demonstrations, industry examples, and real‑world scenarios.
• Guide learners through compliance gap assessments, control mapping, policy development, and audit preparation.
• Assess student performance via assignments, projects, and discussions.
• Mentor and support learners throughout the program and stay current with evolving cybersecurity regulations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance principles.
• Hands‑on experience implementing and managing security and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP, CISA, or CEH (advantageous).
• Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or delivering technical training.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for virtual classrooms.
