Global Lead, AI for Programmatic Impact

About the role

Teach For All is seeking a Global Lead, AI for Programmatic Impact to help network partners harness artificial intelligence to deepen and accelerate their educational impact. The role focuses on connecting partners, providing advisory support, sharing insights, and ensuring responsible AI use across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 advisory and consulting support to partner organisations on AI integration.
• Facilitate connections and learning communities among partners to share AI innovations and best practices.
• Capture, analyse, and disseminate AI‑related insights across the Teach For All network.
• Potentially manage a sub‑grant fund that partners can apply to for AI‑focused resources.
• Convene and align internal AI initiatives, ensuring coherent communication and mutual reinforcement.
• Uphold network standards for responsible AI, guiding partners toward safe and ethical AI deployment.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with independent partner organisations.
• Experience working across programmatic, technical, and regional teams.
• Flexibility and comfort bridging technical AI concepts with education program goals.
• Strong commitment to ethical AI governance and responsible use.
