General Manager – Salon Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Fab Natural Hair Salon in Abuja. The role combines operational oversight with a strong focus on delivering a premium customer experience and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of stylists and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Drive revenue growth through customer retention, marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships and brand promotion.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics, KPIs, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage inventory, supplies and cost controls to optimise profitability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth strategies and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Management experience in beauty, wellness, hospitality, retail or other service‑based businesses.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and implement operational systems.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and KPI‑driven performance management.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong brands.
