About the role
The General Manager, Sales – North is responsible for driving commercial success across the region. You will develop and execute sales strategies, lead cross‑functional teams and ensure revenue targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Chairman.
- Analyse sales data to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and other departments to capture commercial opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Oversee retail and fleet sales to ensure timely closures.
- Set, monitor and achieve sales targets for the team.
- Identify target accounts, devise acquisition strategies and execute sales‑marketing plans.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a multinational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field.
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets and leading high‑pressure teams.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
