About the role

Quantum Expressions Media Consult LTD is Nigeria’s pioneering multimedia powerhouse seeking a General Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across its multi‑platform media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear strategic vision for the organization, translating it into actionable operational plans for digital, broadcast, print and events.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, optimise workflows, and ensure content quality and brand consistency across all platforms.
• Manage the annual budget, identify new revenue streams, and drive financial sustainability.
• Grow and engage audiences through data‑driven content strategies and innovative digital marketing.
• Build and maintain relationships with advertisers, partners, and stakeholders, representing the company in industry forums.
• Lead, develop and retain high‑performing talent, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Communications or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10‑12 years of senior‑level experience in media, journalism, telecommunications or related industries, with a proven track record of leadership.
