About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our hospitality property in Abuja. The role oversees all aspects of accommodation services, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient property management.
Key responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the smooth running of accommodation operations, including front‑office, housekeeping and food & beverage services.
- Maintain oversight of the complete guest journey from pre‑arrival through departure and post‑stay engagement, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify, document, prioritize and escalate maintenance defects, coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
Required profile
- Minimum of a BSc degree.
- At least 7 years (84 months) of experience in a similar senior hospitality management role.
- Proven leadership ability in property operations and guest experience management.
