About the role

Smollan is expanding its presence across Greater Africa and is looking for a GA Field Supervisor to support its FMCG operations. The role will involve leading field teams, managing accounts and ensuring operational excellence in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment. This position offers the chance to contribute to the company’s growth while working in a diverse and inclusive setting.

Key responsibilities

Manage and grow customer accounts within the assigned territory.
Lead and coach field teams to achieve sales targets.
Drive operational excellence and oversee day‑to‑day field operations.
Support the company’s expansion strategy across Greater Africa.

Required profile

2–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in a senior sales role.
Degree, higher or basic diploma in sales & marketing or a related field.
