Fund Mobilization Officer – Mid to Senior Level

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fund Mobilization Officer to join our fast‑growing financial services organization in Port Harcourt. In this full‑time corporate role you will build relationships, attract investments, and mobilize deposits to drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source and mobilize funds from individuals, businesses, associations, and institutional clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing investors.
• Promote the company’s savings, investment, and wealth‑building products.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Meet and exceed assigned fund mobilization targets.
• Conduct presentations and financial product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Provide exceptional customer relationship management and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of client engagements and transactions.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in fund mobilization, deposit mobilization, wealth management, banking, investment advisory, business development, or related financial services roles.
• Strong network of high‑net‑worth individuals, business owners, corporate organisations, and potential investors is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Goal‑oriented with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
