Full-time Dispatch Rider in Ikeja

About the role

PS Green Logistics Limited is seeking a reliable Dispatch Rider to join its on‑site team in Ikeja. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages, documents and other items to clients and partners, ensuring timely and safe service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels, documents and goods within assigned routes.
• Plan efficient routes and adhere to traffic and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery, collection and mileage records.
• Inspect and keep the assigned motorcycle in good working condition; report any issues promptly.
• Communicate professionally with customers, providing delivery updates as needed.
• Support the operations team in improving service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a dispatch rider, courier or similar delivery role.
• Valid rider’s licence and strong knowledge of Lagos roads, especially around Ikeja.
• Ability to plan routes, manage time effectively and meet delivery deadlines.
• Basic record‑keeping skills for logging deliveries and mileage.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Physically fit to ride for extended periods and in varying weather conditions.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum secondary school education (SSCE or equivalent).
• Familiarity with GPS or mobile map applications is an advantage.
