Full Stack Development Instructor (Ondo)

About the role

As a Full Stack Development Instructor you will guide students through the entire software development lifecycle, covering both front‑end and back‑end technologies. You will design and deliver hands‑on curriculum, mentor learners, and help them build professional portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training on full‑stack web development technologies.
• Design practical lab exercises, capstone projects and assessments.
• Mentor students on coding best practices, debugging, version control and portfolio development.
• Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes and practical tests.
• Keep curriculum up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging tools.
• Maintain a safe and functional training environment.
• Research and recommend learning systems and specific training modules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Teaching or training experience (post‑NYSC) is an advantage.
• Industry certifications such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud are a plus.
