Frontend Engineer - Vue.js (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer specialized in Vue.js to join our client’s development team on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while building high‑performance, accessible web interfaces for a global software leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise frontend applications using Vue.js, ensuring performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions for the frontend stack.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, including integration of third‑party APIs.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Vue.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• State‑management libraries such as Vuex or Pinia.
• Frontend build tools like Webpack or Vite.
• HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design principles.
• Testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
