About the role
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at Orchid Hotels’ Lekki location in Lagos. This full‑time, on‑site position involves welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while delivering a high standard of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage the reception area.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
- Process check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations accurately.
- Maintain guest booking records and perform basic clerical duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for all visitors.
Required profile
- Strong phone etiquette and reception duties experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer‑service focus.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle clerical tasks.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
