French‑Speaking Account Manager

About the role

Flutterwave is seeking a French‑speaking Account Manager to lead the relationship with its portfolio of merchants in Nigeria. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customers receive timely, high‑quality service while helping the company grow its revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead contact for all account‑management matters for assigned merchants.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships and communicate customer needs internally.
• Track and forecast key account metrics, including merchant fees and margin.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand business with existing customers.
• Prepare and present regular account status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly across all channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, client management, or related fields.
• Authorization to work in Nigeria without sponsorship.
• Professional fluency in French.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
