Founding GTM / Solutions Lead

About the role

As a founding member of Asiri, you will own the entire go‑to‑market motion for our AI‑native compliance platform. You will be responsible for acquiring the first paid customers, turning them into public references, and building a partner channel that can scale the business.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify and close the first cohort of paid pilot customers across fintech, healthtech, HR‑tech, e‑commerce and SaaS.
• Deliver the signature Trust Center and evidence pack within five business days, coordinating closely with the founder and engineering team.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and demo to closing, onboarding and reference creation.
• Transform successful pilots into public Trust Centers, logos, testimonials and case studies to lower future acquisition costs.
• Identify, pitch and secure the first data‑protection compliance organization (DPCO) partners, obtaining at least one signed letter of intent.
• Establish the foundational GTM engine: CRM hygiene, outreach sequences, demo scripts, pricing conversations and objection handling.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to build a sales motion from scratch and deliver rapid results.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for category creation.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with founders and engineering.
• Track record of turning early customers into public references.

Required skills

• Experience managing end‑to‑end sales cycles (prospecting, demos, closing, onboarding).
• Ability to create and maintain CRM data and outreach sequences.
• Proficiency in crafting demo scripts, pricing conversations and handling objections.
