About the role
Travel Yakata is expanding its ticketing team and seeks four Flight Ticketing Representatives to join the Lagos office. The position works on a rotating 8‑hour shift schedule, with two days onsite at the Lekki office and the remaining days remote, handling airline reservations using global distribution systems and ensuring timely ticket issuance.
Key responsibilities
- Issue flight tickets accurately and on time.
- Void tickets within required timelines.
- Re‑issue and process refunds for tickets.
- Operate Amadeus and Galileo GDS to serve agent and client bookings.
Required profile
- Proven experience issuing and voiding tickets.
- Strong, hands‑on knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo GDS.
- Ability to start immediately.

What we offer
- Salary starting from ₦200,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
