Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role
We are looking for a highly capable Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead group‑level consolidation, multi‑dimensional reporting, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across our global operations. The role will be central to building a scalable, standardized, and insight‑driven FP&A function.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage a 3‑tier consolidation framework (Entity → Country → Business Unit → Group) and perform monthly group consolidations.
- Lead the AOP process, standardize templates, coordinate inputs from all geographies, and consolidate budgets at BU, Country, and Group levels.
- Maintain mapping structures, chart of accounts standardization, and dynamic consolidation templates to ensure data consistency.
- Manage intercompany eliminations across entities and resolve mismatches with global finance teams.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering cash, working capital, inventory, and shipment tracking, and provide variance analysis.
- Coordinate with the Head of Finance in Nigeria and other global finance teams to ensure timely, accurate data.
- Maintain the books of accounts for the Mauritius holding entity, oversee month‑end close, financial reporting, audit, and statutory compliance.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading financial consolidation and budgeting processes in a multi‑entity, multi‑country environment.
- Strong understanding of AOP design, variance analysis, scenario planning, and data architecture.
- Ability to work with global finance teams, manage intercompany eliminations, and ensure data quality.
