Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Associate – Regions & Channels

About the role

renmoney is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Associate to support regional and channel performance. You will work closely with senior management and cross‑functional leaders to provide data‑driven insights that shape strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to aid long‑term planning.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Analyse variances between actuals, budgets and forecasts and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Perform profitability analysis by region and channel, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Serve as finance business partner to Regional Directors and Channel Heads, delivering timely financial analysis.
• Standardise reporting templates and improve reporting efficiency using SQL, Power BI and Tableau.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of FP&A experience in banking, preferably retail or SME banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
