Financial Planner

About the role

The Financial Planner role at Enterprise Life Nigeria is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Port Harcourt. You will work directly with clients to assess their financial situation, set goals and create comprehensive plans.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to evaluate current financial status and identify objectives.
• Develop and present comprehensive financial plans covering budgeting, saving, investment and insurance strategies.
• Explain life insurance and other financial products, recommending suitable solutions.
• Regularly review and adjust plans to reflect changing client needs.
• Prepare reports and proposals, maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Network and participate in client outreach activities to grow the client base and strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Strong financial planning experience, including personal and retirement planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• High ethical standards, client‑focused mindset and ability to work effectively in an on‑site, team‑based environment.
