Finance Officer

About the role

The Finance Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports, and supporting the organization’s budgeting and forecasting processes. This role works closely with accounting, operations, and HR teams to ensure financial integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, preparing regular management and statutory reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing.
• Support tax compliance activities and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and analysis.
• Utilise Zoho Books for reporting, record‑keeping, and data management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as ACA or ACCA is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoho Books accounting software.
