Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the Finance team at Lead Enterprise Support Company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and robust risk management. This senior position requires overseeing multiple subsidiaries, driving investment analysis, and supporting fundraising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Reporting – lead the finance team, prepare monthly to annual financial statements, manage cash flow, ensure compliance, and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning – develop annual budgets and forecasts, consolidate subsidiary plans, analyze variances, and provide performance reports to senior management.
• Management Accounting & Business Analysis – produce management reports, conduct financial modelling, evaluate investment opportunities, and deliver commercial insights.
• Investment & Fundraising – support the investment portfolio, prepare research reports, recommend funding strategies, and maintain relationships with banks and investors.
• Payroll Management – oversee payroll processes, enforce controls, reconcile payroll with finance records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Risk Management, Controls & Compliance – assess financial and operational risks, implement policies and internal controls, and ensure adherence to tax and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership & People Development – coach, mentor, and develop finance team members, setting clear responsibilities and performance expectations.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; Master’s degree advantageous.
• Chartered Accountant, member of ICAN.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including substantial Big Four exposure.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, audit, taxation, controls, risk management, and financial modelling.
• Experience overseeing finances of multiple subsidiaries or business units.

Required skills

• Advanced financial analysis and modelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting/ERP applications.
