About the role
The Finance Manager will lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving profitability across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in line with corporate objectives.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Partner with retail operations, procurement, and sales teams to minimise costs and enhance financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.
Required profile
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum six years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- At least three years in a senior or leadership role.
- Professional certification such as ACA or ACCA is an advantage.
