Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial operations, develop strategic financial plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This senior position demands strong leadership, analytical expertise and a proactive approach to optimise financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise cash flow, maximise profitability and ensure financial stability.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll and tax compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual financial statement reports.
• Support fixed‑assets accounting and schedules for physical verification.
• Perform fluctuation analyses on account variances for internal and external reporting.
• Preside over budgets to set and meet goals.
• Oversee investment of funds, manage associated risks, supervise cash‑management activities and execute capital‑raising strategies.
• Prepare risk reports for management and communicate risks and profits.
• Supervise, manage and audit all Hall 7 accounting processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Investigate variances in project budgets and submit findings to supervisor.
• Review and approve supplier invoices and overhead charges for Hall 7 projects.
• Lead, mentor and provide guidance to the finance team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer or his designate.

Required profile

• At least 11 years of relevant experience in finance management.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• ICAN certification.
