About the role
The Finance Manager will safeguard the financial health of Carpe Diem Solutions, a fast‑growing strategic communications and public relations agency in Lagos. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure accurate, compliant and scalable financial operations that support the agency’s expansion and client commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full financial cycle, including invoicing, collections, payroll, tax compliance and cash‑flow planning.
- Prepare and deliver regular management reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee bookkeeping and day‑to‑day financial operations to maintain accurate records.
- Support operational discipline by ensuring financial processes align with the agency’s growth objectives.
Required profile
- Commercially minded finance professional with strong technical competence.
- Ability to combine analytical expertise with practical business decision‑making.
- Experience working in a dynamic, lean professional‑services environment.
- Judgment and attention to detail for both routine tasks and quarterly reporting cycles.
