Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of a reputable agribusiness organization, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering insightful analysis to support strategic growth and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and management accounts in line with IFRS standards.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to maintain effective financial control and business performance.
• Provide financial analysis and insights that inform strategic planning and executive decisions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal accounting policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance leadership role such as Finance Manager.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is required.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, or Power BI (preferred).
