Finance Manager – Fintech

About the role

Bill Station is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to build and lead its finance function as the company scales its fintech product suite. The role works directly with the CEO and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Customer Success, and Business Development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance and accounting function, maintaining complete and accurate financial records.
• Develop and improve financial processes, internal controls, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Own revenue reporting and analytics for all Bill Station products, delivering reports by product, customer segment, merchant, geography and other dimensions.
• Drive financial planning & analysis: create annual operating budgets, build financial models, forecast revenue, prepare cash‑flow projections and conduct variance analysis.
• Analyze profitability by product line, identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision‑making with financial insights.
• Prepare board‑level financial presentations and support fundraising and investor reporting.
• Manage treasury and cash operations: monitor cash position, liquidity, working‑capital optimization, banking relationships and payment approvals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance leadership within a fast‑growing fintech or similar high‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated capability to build scalable finance processes and robust internal controls.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present to executive leadership.
