Finance Manager - Enterprise

About the role

Join the Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Finance Planning Manager – Enterprise, supporting the Enterprise Business Unit across Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man. You will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis to drive strategic decision‑making and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for the Enterprise Business Unit.
• Partner closely with business leaders to provide financial insight that supports strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports and performance dashboards to non‑financial audiences.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data and models.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification and membership of a recognised accounting body.
• Experience in accounting within a commercial environment.
• Strong financial modelling, analysis and reporting abilities.
• High level of systems, IT and Excel capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership energy and enthusiasm.
