Finance Manager – Asset Management

About the role

Capitalfield Asset Management Company Limited (CAMCO) is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, reporting and budgeting across its asset management business. The role will ensure the company’s financial health, compliance and provide data‑driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business performance, market trends, costs and pricing against plans and develop financial forecasts.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing, prepare accurate monthly statements and management reports.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting to the SEC and senior management, maintaining integrity of financial statements.
• Oversee tax filing, remittance and statutory compliance obligations.
• Prepare and implement the annual budget and strengthen internal control frameworks.
• Supervise finance and accounting teams, set performance objectives and liaise with auditors.
• Collaborate with other departments to support organisational planning and business objectives.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in capital markets or financial services, with asset‑management exposure.
• ACA qualification, MBA or M.Sc. is an advantage.
• Proven ability to provide strategic financial advisory and cost‑optimization insights.
