Finance Internship

About the role

This Finance Internship offers current university students the chance to apply classroom knowledge to real‑world hotel finance operations. You will be immersed in Marriott's global hospitality environment, gaining insight into financial processes that support hotel performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the finance team with daily accounting tasks and data entry.
• Support preparation of financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Participate in audits and help ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information for decision‑making.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial research and data analysis as required.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program related to finance, accounting, economics, or a similar field.
• Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
